Our story began with building model airplanes. We worked our way up from paper to balsa wood to gliders and small airplanes in aeroclubs. At the beginning of our professional career, we had to endure various difficulties, and only our "love of aviation" kept us going in this demanding field. Today, we have years of experience behind us and can offer a wide range of services, and we can proudly say that we do not need any subcontractors. We can do all the basic work ourselves. We have the equipment and know-how.

We founded WINGMAN Technic Ltd. in 2021. At that time, we primarily worked as contractors for Cessna Citation Jets servicing and performed avionics modifications for both military and civilian customers. Gradually, we also began to do "paper work," i.e., providing external CAMO services for other service organizations. We are currently an approved CAO organization, with premises at the airport in Hradec Králové, in hangar No. 74, but we are continuing to develop our plans, which are aimed at having our own hangar at Kunětice Airport  (LKKUNE).

We work as a group of mechanics with a history. Each of us has experienced many times when we spent the whole night in a cold hangar fixing a fault just so that the aircraft could take off in the morning. Whether it was maintenance of an aircraft for a flight school, an AOG business jet, or a helicopter in the HEMS system, it was always the same: The goal was to have everything ready for flight by the agreed deadline. And we continue to adhere to this principle.

Aviation is a CRAFT. Which, in our view, means HARD WORK and EXPERIENCE.
